    Thank you so much! D/c neg battery terminal for the duration of breakfast...about 1/2 hour....reconnected neg and she started right up!

    Tried the "butt end of the fob" thing too...nothing. Thanks for the quick reply however.

    FYI...2015 3.2l. I only just bought it so it's well within warranty...calling the dealership today. Just wanted to see if there was a quick fix! Thanks in advance.

    Wondering if anyone has had an issues with the Journey not responding to either key...at all? Doesn't recognize either one for unlocking, locking, starting...nothing. I thought at first my car battery was dead, but everything powers up when I unlock it with the valet key. Help please.
