I use the Scosche Magic Mount. The sticky party is mounted vertically as far right as possible just beneath the silver trim to the right of the rightmost stereo knob. The phone is held to the mount by a magnet so it's really easy to attach and grab without fumbling with any buttons or moving parts. It works great. My phone has never fallen off. Just make sure the metal plate is attached to the outside of your case unless you have a super thin case.
