  1. Got the new radio installed yesterday. Did the trick. The travel link is populating and is really a cool feature. Took forever for them to receive the radio.
  2. Looks like it will be the end of the month or later before new radio arrives. I will continue to update after the radio is installed.
  3. Both my iPhone 6 and my wife's iPhone 5c charge and play music when connected to USB in center console. So, I know it is supposed to work unless we are lucky.
  4. Took the Journey to the dealer and they have ordered a new radio. Tech called Chrysler and was told it is an issue with the hardware and needs to be replaced. So, I will report back when I get the new radio installed.
  5. Just spoke with the dealership. I am taking it in next Fri. (first time I could work it out) to have a look. Service writer said that they will flash the radio with the most current software, and if that doesn't work will diagnose what is going on. She seemed pretty certain a software flash would fix the issue. So, we will see. I will update what happens as soon as I get it back.
  6. Having the same issue in my next 15 DJ Crossroad. We just got it on the 12th and I have not had much time to look into it. I did speak with Sirius and they said to give it 10 mins and it would start working. Obviously this is just a canned answer to get you off the phone. Plan to contact the dealer tomorrow to find out if they have any info. Let me know if you come across anything in your search for a solution.
