If you just started a new subscription, the fault lies with Sirius, providing that the radio worked before. Be aware that their Customer Service is horrible. Keep hanging up until you get someone who speaks English that you can understand. They will probably have you put the car in a clear area (not in the garage, or under a tree). You will need the engine running, and the Sirius Radio on. They will send a refresh signal to your radio. If you are talking on your cell phone, make sure that your phone is NOT connected via bluetooth (causes all sorts of problems!)
