Monstermile
Just wondering if anyone has tried any of the aftermarket slush mats or all weather floor mats available from Husky, Weathertech, Hexomat, etc. How do they work and fit?? Looking for something durable and custom fit. Not the generic ones you buy at Wally World. I have Husky liners in our Liberty and they work great and have held up good for 4 years. Just don't know anything about the ones available for the Journey.
wyoram
Here are some I found available for the Journey. I have always used the regular carpet ones. The Hexomat ones sound nice from the reviews, except fot the part were they stink for about 1-2 weeks. The WeatherTech ones look really nice. Saw some of them one time in a friends truck. http://www.autoanything.com/floor-mats/20A10011A1.aspx
Monstermile
Went ahead and ordered the Huskys. Figure I will stick to what I know. Besides I had a 10% off coupon to use at autoanything.com anyway. Just hope these fit as good as the ones in my Liberty.
BLM
Most of our roads here are dirt as is our driveway and dooryard, so needless to say we track in a ton of mud, sand, dirt, slush and snow, all year round. Carpeting and mats in a vehicle just can't stay in good shape. I got my Journey last June, and bought the Husky trays in November, they are wonderful. The fit is excellent, and the high sides keep everything in the tray with no spillover. I'm just about ready to take them out for a good spring cleaning, but I love them. They do make getting into the floor compartments in the back a bit tougher, but it's a trade off I'm more than willing to make.
