Any suggestions or advice?Thanks, Steve Hi Steve, I had this happen only folded under not pulled off. If you reach under the passenger seat from behind (2nd row) in the center you will find a latch. Pull the hook part towards you and it will release. Good luck. Also, it helps to have someone help you by lifting the cushion up while you release the latch.
