  1. I put on 235 55 R19 Yokohama Parada Spec-X from Tirerack.com ($167.00 ea) and ran them so far in ice, snow and rain with great performance. Rides and feels great and the size worked out fine.
  2. The dealer found a new system for us in a couple of days and installed it today. Works great with plenty of time to test it out prior to vacation. I am very impressed with the dealer's service. Now my wife is back to loving the Journey and we have the nav and dvd for our trip .
  3. Just found out we have to get our radio/system replaced. When you would use the silver dial for the menu system it would activate voice recognition. It would keep turning it on and off as you would turn the dial. Very annoying and essentially making the navigation system useless. Also we have lost audio a couple of times and had to turn the vehicle off and then back on to get it to work. The black toggle stick in the center of the silver dial causes the nav system to go berzerk and just keep heading in one direction on the map until it reaches the end of the map. You have to turn the system off and back on to reset. They haven't got back to us yet as to when we will get a new one, they are supposed to let me know later today. We are going on vacation in a week and a half, so much for using the navigation system  .
  4. 16,500 miles and had to replace. Hopefully the next set will last a bit longer.
  5. Yes, from the Akron area here. We are starting to see a few around in this area. Not many yet. So far so good with ours, but we bought it used from Chrysler, so maybe some of the bugs got worked out. Hopefully it will stay that way, we are taking it to Florida this summer so that will be the real test as far as reliability and comfort ability.
  6. Hi- I have been visiting the forum for a couple of months now, it has helped to figures the options out greatly, but finally had something to reply to so I registered. We have an R/T AWD and so far are loving it. We actually bought it used (chrysler owned) so maybe a lot of the bugs were already worked out because we have owned it since November and have had no problems thus far. The kids really enjoy the rear entertainment system, especially how we can all be listening to different songs from the hard drive. We finally have seen a couple of other ones around here (N.E. Ohio).
  7. Hi Steve, I had this happen only folded under not pulled off. If you reach under the passenger seat from behind (2nd row) in the center you will find a latch. Pull the hook part towards you and it will release. Good luck. Also, it helps to have someone help you by lifting the cushion up while you release the latch.
