Mike Medeiros, Welcome to the forum ! With any sunroof, there's always the risk of the drain tubes not working properly. Your dealer will be able to identify the drain tube function quite easily. I recommend getting it in for a water test, are you currently working with any Dodge dealers in your area? Keep us posted if you need any assistance.
