Garmin / Uconnect 8.4N Sirius issue

We picked up my wife's new Journey on Tuesday and have been trying to activate her year of free Sirius radio. We have called Sirius at least 4 times and had them try to ping the radio to activate it and the only station we get is the preview station.

Sirius has now said that the next step is to return it to the dealer and have them look at it. Has anyone else had this issue? What did they do to fix it?

Gary,

It does not work the way it used to where you had to call and activate it yourself after purchase, it should already be activated when you take delivery. If the dealer does not resolve your issue call Chrysler at one of the numbers below and they will get the issue resolved for you.
