3M protection film?

Has anyone applied any kind of 3M protective film on either their bumpers, hood or rocker panels. I know of companies who sell kits to protect the paint. I once tried to put a kit on my subie wrx but failed and had to tear it off. I have used this before to protect my rocker panels on my suzuki sx4. Thinking of doing the same on our Journey and wondered if anyone else has used it.

You had an SX4 too? I just traded in my SX4 for the Journey. Goss Dodge cleaned it up nice, but I doubt they'll get as much as they're asking.

Sorry to hijack your thread.

still do. It's a 2007 with 120,000 miles. It needs a rear drive shaft and an inner tie rod. Dealer wants 1000 bucks for a new one but I found a used one for 150.00 with a 1 yr warranty. It has been a good car and I plan on driving it until there is nothing left but a greasy spot. Of course, it is no wrx but it makes a nice commuter car. Your Journey looks great and the sx4 you owned looks good too.
