ChristopherWong Posted October 28, 2011 Report Share Posted October 28, 2011 Hi Everyone, i was wondering if anyone has done LED lights for the day time running (high beam 9005)?? or done the HID Conversion... i have done the Conversion for the Low beam (9006) and it looks so much better not to mention you can see better. and i wanted to do the LED or HID and wanted to see if anyone has already done so. b1pig Posted November 6, 2011 Report Share Posted November 6, 2011 HID conversions have mixed success. the reflectors are designed for the bulbs that fit them based on size and element position. if the replacement element (LED or HID) is not in the same location, then the light output it effected. if your first swap was successful, the next one may not be... just a heads up.
