Lebowski Posted June 1, 2012 Report Share Posted June 1, 2012 No, it's not to switch between high and low beam, but to adjust the height of both beams: with a fully loaded car and much weight on the rear, the beam will rise.You can use the dial to adjust the height of the beam.
