Hartwick1998 Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 I have a new Journey and so far I love it but...I have put the USB in the spot and it continues to play from the drive. I thought there was some way to save it to the cars hard d rive so I wouldn't need the USB anymore. All files are mp3s and play fine. Also, on a different note another USB has the regular songs as mp3s and works but also has a folder with music saved as ._(song name). Doesn't show up when put in the computer at home and I can't figure out how to deleted them....maybe that's why that USB won't work? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
drb227 Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 Welcome! Be sure to introduce yourself in the Welcome Forum! The 2011 Uconnect Touch 4.3 and 8.4 systems do not have hard drives. Not really needed since you can just use any USB key and leave it plugged in or use an SD Card and leave it plugged in, which is what I do.
