silentdan
The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) module may activate two Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) that cannot be cleared. Will make an appointment soon and sort this out.
Elmwoodie
I got the same letter. I am gonna ask them to upgrade my RBZ radio firmware at the same time. Service bulletin: 08-028-10 link to service bulletin The radio TSB uses an upgrade CD (part # 68092693AA) to upgrade to version 8.05 (or higher). Some dealers had the CD in stock a couple weeks ago when i called and some did not. I am hoping it will allow my phone to read messages over bluetooth and enhance the media organization capabilities. Elmwoodie. I hope you get it sorted out for you I dont have that radio so I guess I don't have to worry about it.I have the DVD one with no HD or backup camera and not U-Connect either. I made an appointment for Tuesday and then 3 hours later the dealership called me telling me that on Tuesday they wont have the necessary parts so they said I have to go on Wednesday. Will see what happens and hopefully they wont break something else in the process.
Doug D
Yeah, I received the same letter about two weeks ago. Dealer said to wait about 30 days as the parts are not available yet. He commented that Chrysler often sends the letters out to owners before notifying the dealers.
