FleshWound Posted April 2, 2011 Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 You need to use the fobik (key thingy) to lock the doors, which enables the alarm system. All new vehicles sold in Canada need to have an anti theft system in place. In our case its an alarm. if you want to test it, put a window down, close and lock the door with the remote, then unlock and open the door manually, the alarm should sound. turn off the alarm with the panic button on the remote.
