abrewer0820 Posted July 13, 2025 Report Share Posted July 13, 2025 2017 Crossroad 3.6 Hot day- around 90 degrees. AC full blast. Oil temp reached as high as 228? The gauge was still green but near the top. Coolant temp around 205. Trans temp around 165. Full synthetic oil change 1,500 miles ago. Oil temp sound too high? That was mostly when going up hill. Temperatures - Degrees Fahrenheit- outside air - 75 Coolant - 198 oil - 172 transmission - 132 Max AC on high. --------------- I would get your Journey scanned with a bi-directional code scanner. Even if you have no lights lit up on the dash. List everything you find. Using that bi-directional scanner you can activate and test the radiator cooling fan. High and low speeds. As shown below.
