Lack of rear climate in uConnect 8.4

Hello, I have a problem with rear climate control on uConnnect 8.4 display. 

Since some days it isn't present when choosing REAR CLIMATE, previously it was full of settings for rear climate (temp, direction, fan speed) but now only present is empty display and "Lock" icon. Front climate is ok, I can only manually change all by usage under roof buttons.

may or may not be related.  I swapped my 4.3" display for an 8.4 way back in 2012, and i lost my rear temp controls.  I took it to the dealer then because i figured it had to be a sales code activation and it was, but they could not activate it because the system was showing a missing component which was the cabin temp sensor.   However manually, the rear controls work fine.  Im even able to "sync" it from the front display.  

 

So im thinking if your 8.4 is original, the system is losing connectivity to the rear controls.  I'd replace the rear manual controls as they may not be communicating with your main unit.

Previously everything was working fine, front, rear climate was set via uConnect display, but once when pressing display "climate" and checking rear side I've noticed that there isn't anymore possibility of set it via display (only "lock" on a display regarding Rear climate). Working only manual set, under the roof.
