Heater A/C problems

2015 dodge journey SXT AWD 6 --- My climate control shows the following:

• Climate control will NOT turn off --Push the off button it lights up until I remove my finger.
• Rear climate control does the same--can't turn off
• A/C doesn't come on--Push the button it lights up until I remove my finger
• Max A/C doesn't come on--Push the button it lights up until I remove my finger
• Front defrost--I push the bottom, the blower comes on full force, air comes out at windshield.
• Selector switch--defrost, feet, combo setting work--air comes out as designed--no heat
• Fan blower works--both front and rear, I can turn it up and down, but not off.
• A/C clutch always engaged--perhaps because I can't turn climate control off --?
• Rear Defrost button and on touch screen continuously flashes. (this signifies blend doors not calibrating?)
• humming noise even when engine off from under dash??
• no heat --pipe into and out of heater core is hot.
• Manual control knob, its not automatic,  control below 4.3 touch screen
• what works on touch screen:

1. blower/fan speed
2. Radio
3. CD
4. both heat temp controls appear to work
5. air direction --defrost, feet- combo--works

 

Any ideas?  Body control module?

the a/c heater control module behind touch screen was replaced.--no change.

Blend door actuator bad? no clicking sounds.

 

I understand no scanners except dealer can identify blend doors--climate control problems--

I have dealer appointment in a week...

Update:

 

Error in posting, actually the blend door for defrost/floor/mid level--didn't work.

 

Found out aftermarket blend doors installed---couldn't be programmed? OEM being installed...

I have an 2015 Dodge Journey my heat doesn’t cut off. The lights want come on with the radio or the heater and ac. I can’t cut it off the heat stays on. I had an new battery put in. It was working up to that point no problems. The touchscreen doesn’t light up at all. The radio works but I can’t see how to change it. Unless I use my settings with the steering wheel. Could someone please let me know what it could be? Thank you so much
