I have owned my Dodge Journey 2015 for nearly 3 years.  Just last week, for no apparent reason, the audiobooks that I have been listening to through my USB connected ipod will not move forward or backward by chapter as it use to.  It now just skips the whole book if I move forward and goes on to the next book.  Somehow I was in the middle of a book and missed a chapter so I used the back button on my steering wheel, as I always did, and it skipped to the beginning of the book.  When I tried to return (because I wasn't going to listen to 10 hours of a book I had already heard, just to get to the middle of the book), it skipped the whole book and went to the next book on my reading list.  Very frustrating.  This is one of the MOST important features in a vehicle for me and it has to work or I am a very unhappy camper.  Now I don't know what to do.  I have tried Bluetooth, but haven't managed to really find a way for the ipod to then play through the speakers and it is too quiet to listen to just playing next to me on the seat.  Is this a uconnect problem or an ipod problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
