Hi, Guys: I am from China and purchased one 2013 Dodge Journey in Jul,2013. It's really an amazing car and Unconnect System is great. But it seems that our local dealer has no way to upgrade our Unconnect system, the Map version in Nav system still 2011. The answer from our local dealer always that they do not know how to upgrade. Luckily I find this forum and get a lot of helpful information, so I go to Unconnect website below https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Unconnect.do and input my last 8 digits of VIN, there indeed a SW can be upgraded for my car, but I tried thousands of times, the download could not succeed, maybe there is some network limitation between China & U.S. So it's highly appreciated if anyone could help me to download the SW, you can use the below information: VIN: DT649651 then, choose" Windows" version, the SW name should be: UUCONNECT®8.4_MY13_CTP_RADIO__14_17_65__RE2_RE3_RE6_RB4_RB5_RB6_RE4_RE7_RE9 If possible, you can compress the downloaded file(if not so big) to ZIP format and send to my mailbox: 1557786330@qq.com, or upload to some websites like Rapidshare etc so that I can fetch it.
