Just got a 2013 with the 8.4 (no NAV) and have been struggling with the file structure too... what works and when... using iTunes playlist and WOW, what a mess... thought I was loosing it, but it seems I am not alone. ANXIOUS for any updated information. THANKS, J

I am working on trying to figure it out as well... made several contacts, but nothing for sure yet. This random file arrangement happens to me when using my iTunes playlist, either with the USB inpur, the SD card, the CD, the CD MP3 or DVD audio... each one is random when you view the information... nothing is ever the same regardless of how I prepare the media... still looking for the magic FORMAT to make this work each and every time, regardless of the source.

I have seen SXT, Crew, R/T, Heat, Crossroads and maybe some others that slip my mind ID badging on the liftgate... mine has SXT badging and not HERO, so I assume that the "HERO" as well as some others, do not have any exterior or interior badging to identify??? If so, why bother if there is no ID to distinguish the models from each other??? THANKS for your efforts, J

Question... what is the "HERO" edition??? Just purchased a 2013 SXT and have been searching for a window sticker / build sheet... during my search I found some information that stated my VIN was a SXT HERO... just wondering what makes up this edition regarding options. There is no emblems on the vehicle except SXT. THANKS for any informaiton, J

FIRST POST... Just purchased a 2013 SXT Journey and seeking detailed factory information as to what optional equipment is included... I have been unable to find a working link or eMail address to print a Build Sheet / Window Sticker... I would sincerely appreciate any "valid" and "working" link to obtain this information.
