Hey I read your post about your dead battery on your '09 Journey. I too had the same issue and the dealer told me the same thing; that I was out of warranty and out of luck. Where did you send your e-mail to at Chrysler, I figure it can't hurt to try for some money back!

Hey Jim, I noticed your post about your exhaust being replaced. Is there some TSB from Chrysler covering this problem? If so could you find out some info for me, because my dealer tells me they no nothing about this problem. Thanks for any help, and Happy Motoring !!!
