  1. I spent 2200.00 on chrome rims for my journey. I live in the northwest where they put salt on roads in winter, also I live next to the beach. Mine did this the first winter. Its caused by salt and chemicals. I was told I should have gotten poliched aluminum as it will not corrode. Sure wish someone had told me that before I purchased. Now 3yrs later they aren't corroding on the outside parts, but in the inbetweens of the spokes, and gets worse each year. Next time I will get polished aluminum. But will wait til I get a newer Journey as the phased out 16 inch wheels and cannot find my size anymore.

  3. I have the same problem with my 2009 journey. If I put it in park and leave it running, (like sitting in drivethrus) then try to put it back in gear the lever moves to the right then sticks and will not go into any gears. I have to shut it off and restart to get her to shift.
  4. If I put my 2009 Journey into park and leave running, when I try to shift back into gear the shifter sticks as I move it right out of park, but it will not move down to any gears. I found that shutting off car and restarting allows me to shift properly. Real inconvient. Anyone got same problem or knows whats up? Are there any recalls for this
