  1. I suppose all the actual wiring is behind the disc changer? How the ef do you get that out?
  2. Cutting wires in a new vehicle to me is nothing new, can't stand the crappy sound stock stereos produce. Especially with the factory bass rolloff. Nothing better than midrange crap when you turn it up! The Audio control OEM integrated units take care of this problem. Plus makes adding amplifiers more simple.
  3. 2013 Sxt 4.3 with sat radio, where is the amp located? That is if there is one, I need to find where the 8 speaker leads come to meet so I can patch in for my audio control OEM integration eq/input convertor. Anyone else do this yet?
  4. OK so I just bought my 13 journey 3.6, traded a 12' Avenger 3.6. So its been below zero here and my avenger barely started in the morning when Larked outside overnight. Had it at dealership, they said nothing wrong with it! I said a 525 CCA battery is not big enough for a V6 at these below zero temps! So I traded off for my journey due to my car not being big enough, journey does the exact same thing! So I went and bought a Optima battery 800 CCA, changed it and the battery sensor broke off! Grrrrrrr. I have been getting a low voltage pending code on both vehicles (before broken battery sensor). What does the sensor due? Is it OK to drive till I get a new one?
  5. How is everyone getting a patch cord source to the amplifier? (Rca level source)
  6. Mine has a empty @ 2 inch grommet on the firewall right by the brake booster area.
