Ok, here is my dilema... I have a loaded SXT ordered and will not see it until sometime in July, there is a similar SXT on a local lot without the Entertainment Group 2, but everything else I want (DVD, MyGig etc) Plus a sunroof (which I dont have on my order) Its about a grand cheaper to boot, though I'm not sure if the safe and sound/mygig comes with the premium sound system, when configured on dodge.ca it shows checked with that option package but yet I dont see it in the vehical info for the actual car on the lot. I dont wanna go without the subwoofer and infinity speakers as I like my tunes!! I have a Garmin GPS and I love it, works like a charm.... the integrated GPS would be nice but how does it compare to a Garmin? Anyone have any opinions? The other reason I wanted NAV was to have the LCD up high on the dash because I think it makes for easier use while driving, heads up more then heads down. So any first hand experience with the navigation, (ie points of interest, ease of use, voice command) Is it worth holding out for?? And can the Premium speakers/sub exist without Entertainment group #2. Thanks all

Im with you on this one... they must have months of orders. I ordered my Journey SXT, (loaded with NAV) on April 17th, I have had my VIN for a couple weeks and had 'a friend' check on the status and I just found out yesterday my build date is not scheduled until June 16th, then 2-3 weeks to shop to Canada (Ontario) Considering my Caliber is off lease June 7th, Im not to happy with the long wait, 8 weeks until build?? geez!

Has anyone had a chance to take a close look at the Chromed wheels? I ordered my Journey with the chrome package but its probably the most frivilous thing on my loaded order. They feel like plastic and its confirmed, see below... whats under the plastic cap and how resiliant are these 'covers'? 600 over the alum exterior appearance package. For that price they should of thrown in chrome door handles. Feature: Chrome-clad wheels Form-fitting plastic wheel covers that have been chromed. The plastic 'cap' contours perfectly to the wheel design and gives the wheel the appearance that the actual steel or alloy has been chromed.

Anyone else leasing? Curious to see others and compare deals out there, the latest promo's came out and for Canadians nothing was thrown at the Journey unfortunatly.

Interest rate was 3.99 I beleive, and the residual is just over 21,000 (high, but I have no intention of buying it out, just want a cheap monthly) Sticker: 32800 (SXT FWD Loaded minus sunroof/tow/booster seats) Employee Family Price: 29600 Lease: 436/mo taxes included 20k a year for 24 months with no money down, think I covered everything;) A friend of mine's son just bought a Minivan down here (Leamington, ON) as he found he got a much better deal then dealing with the dealerships up north (he is is in Timmons)

Thanks for the info! I really like the blue, though talked with the wife last night and she is stuck on the Red after she seen one again on the road... both colors look great.

$436 taxes included, for a 24 month lease Cost goes up the longer the term on these (because after 2 years the residual is high, hell it will only be a year old on paper when I turn it in in 2010) I dont plan to buy it out, not good on gas, hopefully by then I can get into a fuel efficient hybrid or Chrysler will start thinking more about MPG!!

You can do better, I ordered mine 2 weeks ago. SXT FWD, flex, enterntainment group 2 (nav/prem sound/sirus) Rear DVD, Prem Conv, chrome appearance pkg, its basically loaded minus sunroof. 436/month, nothign down but my first months payment (employee price) sticker was 32600, 29800 employee price. I pushed for extra km and my sales guy said we'll do something when you take delivery.

Did you find that USB cable yet?? Reason asking is there is only one color listed as blue for the Journey, I have ordered my Red loaded SXT a couple weeks ago only because the wife and I seen a blue one at another dealership and it looked more baby blue then a dark blue, and I must admit the Blue color on the header of this forum is what we both want. Can you confirm your blue is just like the dark blue on the header here?? I can likely change my color if it has not went into production yet, which will probably be in a week or so. Can't wait to pick up mine in the meantime.... ohh also anxious to hear your thoughts on the navigation and voice command features, I read in one review that you can actually speak the name of a song title that is stored in the mygig and it will try to find it and play it, I though this was BS myself.
