  1. Hi,

I got the 2008 Dodge Journey SXT 2.0 CRD Auto with quite high mileage (about 110k miles) few weeks ago. So far so good.

I've got few questions that I'll be asking on the forum as i can't find answers to either here or by googling

Hi, Adam. Welcome to the Dodge Journey Forum ;)

  2. As the title states, I just purchased a Dodge Journey. My wife had a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and it was time to upgrade. So we traded it towards a 2011 Journey Mainstreet with 26,000 miles. I work for a dealership so I got it for a heck of a deal. I don't really care for the color (I think it's called white gold or something) but the wife loves it. Hopefully it treats her well in the years to come.

Welcome to the Dodge Journey Forum

  3. THANKS to Frogbox for the excellent article!

I work for Shelby American and one of SOPs that we perform is a front brake upgrade and they make a huge difference. While we do offer a rear brake caliper upgrade, most customers generally just upgrade the rear rotors.

It looks like the original stock calipers were single piston and the new ones are dual. I am going to investigate this upgrade to my 2012 Dodge Caravan.

  4. I don't have a Dodge Journey (yet), rather a 2012 Dodge Caravan.

I bought it in June 2012 and have close to 30,000 miles on it. I purchased it in Las Vegas and it's been to Calf., UT, CO, NB, IN, IA, WI, MI, FLA, TN, KY, OH, GA and Ontario, Quebec and maybe even more.

The Caravan has never missed a beat and I love it.
