so I go to the dealer today and tell them the problem is actulay worse now that they resurfaced the rotors and aligned the wheels. I explained to them that on some forums there are other people with the"shake" issue.
While there another service advisor hears this story and says " ya Chrysler knows about it I have been round and round with thoses journeys and cant get it to stop shaking." He said they have tried changing wheels and tires etc...
I think I will contact Chrysler before I go any further with this. I just purchased this 2012 with 30k and it was Chrysler certified used. I wonder if they will stand behind it ?
I explained to my sales person that if they cant resolve the problem then I want to trade it in . They will have to work out a deal with Chrysler to resolve how much they give me for it. If not I will trade it else where and be done with it. It will drive me nuts having this thing vibrate every time I drive it on the highway. I will feel like I let them take advantage of me.
What a sad stae of affairs that we have to go through this , why cant big companies just do the right thing?
