So I brought my Journey in because when it rains and I go to turn the wheel it makes kind of a rubbing/squealing noise. This only happens though when its raining. So I brought in to get it checked and they said its just the boot rubbing against itself when you turn the wheel and that's what's causing the noise and nothing to worry about. Does anyone else that has the AWD model have this happen to them when they turn the wheel? I have had several AWD and 4wd vehicles and never had this happen before. Thanks!

I have a 2013 AWD model and I notice only in the rain that while turning the wheels either direction it's makes a relatively loud kinda screeching noise in the front. Is this normal for this car or is it just the AWD making that noise? Do they all do this or is it something I should bring in to get looked at? Thanks!!!

I was talking about these annoying little problems I have been having with my 2013 Journey. There's a plastic on plastic rattling noise coming from the passenger side pillar, the drivers seat is always squeaking and there's a lot of rattling and occasional banging noise that comes from the front passenger wheel well area. I notice I don't hear the wheel well noise at all on the drivers side. I brought it to the dealer twice and both times they say they fixed it but obviously not. They also did the TSB that someone mentioned about something with the front suspension. I want to love this car but I'm getting frustrated with these little things. Anyone have any suggestions or help as to what I can do? Does all this qualify for the lemon law eventually? Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the info! I will check my cars build date and see if it matches up. I'm bringing the car in again on Thursday and if its a match ill have them look into to doing that as well. Thanks!

I have taken it to the dealer and they where unable to figure out where the noise was coming from. One noise is at highway speed and it just comes from the foot well area of the passenger side and the other is coming from the pillar along the where the windshield is on that same side and that just happens just while driving down bumpy roads and stuff. I have also noticed that for some reason on the passenger side when I go over bumps it sounds kind of like a hard bang. It kind of makes the sound like when a shock goes bad its bangs and that's just what it sounds like and I don't hear that at all on the driver side. My other complaint now it the driver seat squeaks all the time when you get in and out of the car and just driving around. Its so annoying! Anyone else having any of these issues or can offer any suggestions? I hope I didn't get a lemon or something. Other than I love the journey!

I know Mopar sells the chrome bodyside molding for the Journey but have never seen one with them yet. I feel like the side of the car looks kind of plain and needs something and think this wold be perfect but I want to see one on someone's car. Has anyone on here installed them on their car? If so can you please post a picture? Thanks!!!

So I love my Journey but there's some kind of rattling going on in the passenger side pillar all the way down to near the wheel well. Ok..the dealer told me and i thought I read somewhere that u can read and sent text messages with the 4.3 screen.so that's only possible with the 8.4 screen?

That's dumb lol..is there a different smartphone I can use that it would work?

Hi everyone! New guy here lol. I have a 2013 journey with the 4.3 screen. I have an iPhone 4S and my phone pairs fine and loads my phone book and makes call without a problem. My problem is I can't send or read text messages and Siri does not work with it either. Anyone else have this problem? Or any idea how to get it to work? Thanks for the help!
