Looks pretty good with it blacked out, I plasti dipped mine this weekend. I am fixing to just cut the whole part off and put some kind of mesh grill / exhaust openings diffuser.

Thanks, I have been looking for blank center caps, or mopar "M' center caps, but no luck, stuck with the Jeep name on them for now.

You should paint the center part of the engine cover red. It really pops. You can paint it silver and then shoot some clear red on it to give it the anodized look to match your caps.

I painted the Engine cover and added reflective red vinyl decals on the "3.6L VVT"

I have had my DJ since May and I have been in 3 accidents. One was $3500 (Side swiped in the drivers side), $3000 (front end scrape) and $2100 (got rear ended ,rear bumper / exhaust ) I am still waiting on my "Diminished Value" claim for the $3000 one.

Yes, I am doing black wheels as well. I have the SRT8 Jeep 20's though. 20x9 fronts and 20x10 rears.
