  1. The hitch is not the hitch I ordered !!!! I am pissed off if I wanted that kind of hitch I would put it on myself 11 months ago , told dealer I want to be reimbursed for my $1200 because it is not the hitch I ordered with my car .Plus I didn't realize this until they installed it (6hours ),went to pick up car seen the hitch and lost it.....................I could of bought that piece of s..t for $250 11 months ago and I know it would not be in my shop for 6 hours!

  3. Well my hitch is finally at the dealer not bad 11month wait (great customer service .........not) I was there to make appointment and to make sure everything was there receiver insert ,wiring , ball yes the ball too after an eleven month wait it should be gold coated !

  4. i got to say dodge chrysler you realy disapoint me i had a paint defect and it was brushed under the carpet my 2012 trailer hitch im still waiting since july last year to get it i made the deal over a year ago and still dont have it i was promissed every 2 months it be in mopar hitch kit will be in just yesturday they called to instal it finaly arrived and it was wrong it was not the hitch kit from mopar no knock out in the bumper told them to take it back this is gettin crazy family vacation i have to use my piece of shit car to haul my sled this is bull shit im mad chrysler hot line number to get things looked after is a joke i have my kids saying why did we buy a new suv wer cant use it like there neighbours do to haul im pisse contact me back please like i say i paid good money and feel like crap i regret every day decause of this suv and chrysler

    Welcome to my world I havebeen waiting since June 2012 all I ever hear is soon ( thank f,,,, god its not a heart transplant i'm waiting for ) Chrysler phone me to blow sunshine up my a.... then my dealer tries to up sell my wife an engine flush for $75 on the 3rd oil change (20000km) I feel your pain I have to take two vehicles to the cottage every weekend as my truck is a regular cab cummins As for as i am concerned dodge has really screwed this up

  5. The use of an oil flush is not needed and frowned upon by Chrysler/Dodge according to my owners manual:

    C/P

    Do not use chemical flushes in your engine oil as the
    chemicals can damage your engine. Such damage is
    not covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

    Nice to see the Chrysler/Dodge dealer in Thunder Bay Ontario is trying to sell this to their customers , maybe Dodge Canada should inquire ....... or maybe just trying to get an extra 75 dollars out of my wife and not do anything but change oil no way to know if they did it or not ...scam

  6. Local dealer tried to up sale my wife an engine flush with her oil change for an extra $75 , my question is why we change oil every 5000-7000 km this is the 3rd oil change for the car . Sounds like a money grab to me or they thought they could sucker a woman to bite.Is the oil change and filter done to get rid of any contaminants ?

  7. If I don't have my hitch installed by the end of April I may go after them for my money back ($1200) and get rid of car . This is terrible service I can understand if it was the first year of a model , maybe the manufacturer of the hitches went broke who cares Chrysler should have enough contacts and enginered plans to have any company tooled up in no time to manufacture these . Obviously they dont care enough about custumer satisfaction because they already have our money !!! Sad service

At least some one contacted you , the only time I received a call was when I told them I was looking for compansation for my inconveionce of buying a car with a trailer package and it not having one for 6+ months and counting. Spring is coming fast if its not here I may park this car on someones desk . As far as I am concerned I bought a car with a hitch paid the bill , they are in breech of contract if they can not provide me with a factory hitch.

  12. Chrysler Canada called me yesterday and told me they had no Idea when or what was going on . I know 1200 is way too much but it was so called thrown in in negotiation to seal the cash out the door deal. I would of never paid that but thats the way it shows up on sales sheet.Chrysler Canada didn't seem to care that the dealer hasn't returned calls , so I had to call Chrysler Canada.Even if the dealer would of called and said they didn't have the hitch instead of running away when I enter the building.

Looking for studded winter tires for my wifes SXT heard lots of issues with rims ,I have had prices in Thunder Bay of $1150-$1300 with me buying TPMS up to 1600 with them suppling TPMS these were on steel rims, I can get them across border in the US $1250 installed with TPMS on aluminum rims. Just worried about the rim hitting caliper issue
