  1. Had mine booked for recall they called and cancelled they said there is a hold on recall replacement parts . So a recall on the recall so far they have changed a hose on my 2012 every winter.

  3. Dealer can pay for it when they change hose , if manufacturer cannot figure out problem with inferior products they can keep replacing till 2019 when warranty runs out . Car only runs about 5500km a year and I am going on the third hose obviously design flaw .
  4. I plan on getting accustom hose made after warranty they can keep replacing it until its over going in next week for third hose not blown yet but leaking bad not bad this one lasted a year.
  5. I had the same happen in very cold weather , also pump wines when cold doesn't sound healthy
  6. I can not pm you , I am not impressed with the hitch I received check out threads on backordered hitches My dealer doesn't seen to care if I am happy or not lets see if Chrysler/Dodge care if their customers are happy
  7. I didnt really pay 1200 but that iswhat it said on my invoice for the car it was negotiated in the out the door price on the car but on the invoice it shows as a 1200 dollar option ! Hey Dodges Cares where are you now! Cat got your tounge
  8. The hitch is not the hitch I ordered !!!! I am pissed off if I wanted that kind of hitch I would put it on myself 11 months ago , told dealer I want to be reimbursed for my $1200 because it is not the hitch I ordered with my car .Plus I didn't realize this until they installed it (6hours ),went to pick up car seen the hitch and lost it.....................I could of bought that piece of s..t for $250 11 months ago and I know it would not be in my shop for 6 hours! Pissed of Chrysler Customer

  10. Well my hitch is finally at the dealer not bad 11month wait (great customer service .........not) I was there to make appointment and to make sure everything was there receiver insert ,wiring , ball yes the ball too after an eleven month wait it should be gold coated !

Welcome to my world I havebeen waiting since June 2012 all I ever hear is soon ( thank f,,,, god its not a heart transplant i'm waiting for ) Chrysler phone me to blow sunshine up my a.... then my dealer tries to up sell my wife an engine flush for $75 on the 3rd oil change (20000km) I feel your pain I have to take two vehicles to the cottage every weekend as my truck is a regular cab cummins As for as i am concerned dodge has really screwed this up Pissed of Custumer
  12. Nice to see the Chrysler/Dodge dealer in Thunder Bay Ontario is trying to sell this to their customers , maybe Dodge Canada should inquire ....... or maybe just trying to get an extra 75 dollars out of my wife and not do anything but change oil no way to know if they did it or not ...scam
  13. Local dealer tried to up sale my wife an engine flush with her oil change for an extra $75 , my question is why we change oil every 5000-7000 km this is the 3rd oil change for the car . Sounds like a money grab to me or they thought they could sucker a woman to bite.Is the oil change and filter done to get rid of any contaminants ?
  14. If I don't have my hitch installed by the end of April I may go after them for my money back ($1200) and get rid of car . This is terrible service I can understand if it was the first year of a model , maybe the manufacturer of the hitches went broke who cares Chrysler should have enough contacts and enginered plans to have any company tooled up in no time to manufacture these . Obviously they dont care enough about custumer satisfaction because they already have our money !!! Sad service
