Just installed a new Bra on Saturday, for our road trip on Monday, so thought I would take a picture. Little did I know it would be the last one of my rims! I went to walk my dogs on Sunday morning and came out to this. So little to say that our road trip has been postponed. I live in a nice area in Scottsdale AZ, and the sherriff who came out said he had never heard of this being reported in this district ever! The dogs have officially been banned from the bed at night, and relocated to the front room

Looks good. Looks like just a couple of new mufflers with a conversion to 3.5-4 inch inlet to the muffler. $500 sounds decent, depending on what type of muffler is used. Sounds like it will be loud in the cab as well.

Welcome! I have some good family friends that live in New Zealand. From Aukland. Good to see such a wide representation of people from all over the world on this forum. I have never seen such a diverse group. Good luck with the new purchase.

I used a good retailer on eBay named R1 Concepts when I bought rotors for my Chrysler Crossfire. They were drilled and slotted, at a very good price. I also bought the 'posi-quiet' pads which leave little to no brake dust behind.

I have a 2011 crew. Bought it with 19,000 miles. Felt a vibration in the steering wheel under braking. Took it in about 2 months after purchase, they replaced all 4 rotors and all pads under my warranty. They did not mention a recall or anything. Just that they were defective.

I had a 2004 Mazda RX-8 and de-badged it last year. The car was black, and you could never tell the emblems were there. No 'fading' at all. Mazda uses cheaper quality pAint in my opinion so there should be no worries with any fading on your Dodge.

The sound definitely carries. It is loud in the cab and does drone at lower cruising speeds (35-45mph). It is a sporty set up and is not meant for everyone. My wife is cool with it, and I have a newborn who doesn't even flinch when he rides along. If you want quiet and only a loud noise at full throttle, then I would not recommend this set-up. Hope that helps.

You ask and you shall receive. This is my first recording. I will make a better one and post it soon as I have some free time. I hope this is what you were expecting from an iPhone recording and an amateur haha! Enjoy.

Ok. I recorded a video but it doesn't sound like it does in 'real life'. It sounds like a motorcycle in the video. I am gonna record another and post that. If u want to hear the original let me know. But honestly it sounds different when the motor is warm and the original was upon cold start up. I will update as soon as I can.

I'm working on the 'sound clip'. Just been super occupied. Hang in there it's coming!

The set-up is actually a custom install with twin mufflers, not a system made specifically for the Journey. Here is a link to where I bought the mufflers.

I have never posted a 'sound clip' before. I have an iPhone, not sure if I can upload a short video from there? It is definitely worth hearing!
