Great post..... reminds me of my Motorcycle forum I frequently visit. You convinced me to swap them out. I've swapped my turn signals ( both front and rear ) with LED's on my bike and they sure are 10x better than the stock OEM ones. The bonus is that you drain less power from the battery.

Well MAX. Compared to the alternates with equal size and storage. My opinion is great value for the money. The things that drive me nuts are The wind noise.... that drives me nuts. The interior ac/heater motor that sounds like a 120 horsepower wind terbine supercharged turbo enhanced motor. Freakin load. Love the storage, smooth ride and ample leg room for both front and 2nd row seating. The 6 cyl. engine. The GIG radio. Oh ya ! Did I tell you about the outside cabin noise ( Wind )

Hay WYORAM The ones that you bought. Were they the Mopar ones sold by the dealer ? I'm thinking of getting them myself and I'm also wondering what the benifits are. Do they cut down on the wind coming through. My Journey is driving me nuts with the wind tunnel effect I get when I open up my driver side window.

Yes, you are right, if you use the power locks, your alarm will be armed. However, if you manually lock the doors, but pushing the plungers down, it will not. Thanks for clearing this up.

Really. Sh---- I didn't know that. They made it sound like it did activate the alarm as well. I think I will activate it from the remote close to the door itself then. Rather than the Yuppie thing of doing it as you walk away from the car and do that wrist thing. LOL

Thanks guys for the heads up on the K&N filter part number. Bought it and put it in the other day. Abit of a pain to sqeeze the air box top back on. But manageable. Here is a question though. When I switch the OEM filter on my bike to the K&N I had to change the jets in my carbs to compensate for the extra air flow going through it. Doing this to the SUV now. Being a fuel injected engine. Is this not a factor now at all ? I can't say my engine runs worser. I could feel a slight better accelleration in the lower gears though. Maybe its my imagination.

Thiefs now have a gadget that picks up your signal when locking and arming your security system when you use your remote. They'll sit in a parking lot and wait for their victim. You'll push your lock button, they pick it up on thier gadget. They'll wait till you walk away and move on in quick and simply push their magic button and there in your car. They can't start it but they will have acess to your interior. Its started happening quite a bit up here in Toronto, Canada. Police issued the warning and advise people to lock their cars from within the car itself .[/size]

New here too. Picked mine up 2 weeks ago and being a fan of forums. I discovered this one pretty quick. Not much to talk about. As their still new and only few have problems that others can help. But at least its here for someone to shoot the question/ concern out.

Question about the sunroof deflector. How does it secure and how much of it does it over pass the front leading edge of the sunroof opening ? The side shot you posted doesn't really show it well. I've seen some on other different cars and a lot of them cut down on the actual opening of the sunroof. I hope you know what I mean and are asking for clarification on.
