The Fiat grille is an assembly of the red and green area shown in the picture. Replacing the Journey grille should be no problem, because it works perfect in the other direction. This piece is not just a radio or musicplayer, it's also a control unit for aircondition, heater, heated seats, etc. So, all that stuff won't work without it.
