i bought hid for my journey followed emailwalker instruction the only problem i have is that the low beam dont turn off when i put my high on. what could cause that problem

i followed your instruction for the install for hid and still have the problem with my low beam staying on when i put my high beam on any suggestion what could cause the problem

does anyone know why my low beam remaim on when i turn my high beam on this started right after i install a hid low beam kit i use a relay harness with a capacitor also
