Hi..can i used 5W30 for my journey 2,7L, because in my country hard to find 5W20.

Hi I got problem with my dodge journey 2011 the oil message is always on every time I put the engine on,I already changed it to the new oil but the oil message is still on if anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know. thanks.
