  1. If you have already paid to have the front brakes serviced, contact Chrysler Customer Service and open a case number. Then submit (fax) a copy of your service repair order and the manner in which you paid (credit card receipt/check/cash receipt) and they will reimburse you. I had our "old" '09 front pads replaced in July of 2009 (we bought in March 2008) at 22K miles. I recently learned Chrysler would reimburse you if the repairs had to be done under 36K miles. I submitted my claim in January 2011 and within a week received a check for the full amount of the repair.
  2. Hi! We have a newly acquired 2010 Dodge Journey SXT (lightly used). Traded in our 2009 Dodge Journey SXT for it. Long story short the '09 (which we bought new in March 2008) was invaded by "Christine" - last Sunday all the warning lights kept cycling on. Did some research and found it was an issue with the CAN C bus (cabin area network). It also had an open recall (K07 - front door harnesses). Wife had lost confidence in it so test drove an '11 Journey Mainstreet but it was too rich for my wallet. Ended settling on a '10 Journey SXT with just under 30K miles. We racked up 47K miles on the '09 with the only previous issue being premature front brake wear at 22K miles which Chrysler eventually reimbursed me for. I'm often over on Allpar by the same name. Pics: Old '09 (aka "Christine" - LOL!): The new 2010 SXT with my grandaughter "testing" it: My 2006 Dodge Ram SLT QC SB w/Hemi: Hope to be around often - I spent alot of time on Allpar and DodgeTalk.com Doug D
