I have a 2010 Journey with the REU Infinity system. It has lately started to cut itself off randomly while driving down road. It goes completely off--sound, screen, everything. It immediately re-starts itself and works normally until the next time which may be two days or two weeks. Any ideas? Dealer says has no bulletins to address issue and of course it is out of warranty.

************************* Can't provide the ring of lights in the new ones but if you are just interested in led's you can purchase led bulbs from autolumination.com. They are a direct plug-in replacement and can be ordered in different configurations. I got the ones the flash momentarily when you step on brakes for my 2010. You will need to wire in an 8 ohm resistor between the hot and ground to make sure they flash at a normal rate of speed ($2.49 at Radio Shack here).

******************************* I have a 2010 Journey with 31,000 miles and am having brake rotor problems. They are going to need to be turned very soon. Started to pulsate @ 25K and are, naturally, getting worse. They ought to last longer than that!

Sorry if this has already been asked. This is my first day on the forum and I tried to search the topic but could find nothing. When I pull up POI's, say restaurants, it may give me 50 or more establishments according to the screen. However, when I go to scroll down through them (no touchscreen in my 2010) with the knob, it will only go down far enough to see about 12 points of interest. The little slide marker on the right of the screen that moves down as you scroll is still up towards the top but I can't go any more. What do I have to do to be able to scroll down thru the entire list?

****************************** Anything would have to be an improvement over Navteq. I think their software is as about as bad as it is possible to get. I also have a Garmin GPS (Zumo450) with NuMaps and their's is far better than Navteq's. In fact, I still use my Zumo most of the time in the Journey.
