I bought my Journey in August, brand new. Inferno red, nav system, uconnect. Love it to death. Only problem currently is the names in the uconnect phone book keep disappearing, which is how I found this forum, was googling for solutions. Found the thread with other people having same problem, but no solutions so far.

has anyone managed to come up with a solution to this? I have the exact same problem. It is really annoying, kind of defeats the purpose of having the uconnect. The only phone numbers I know off by heart are my home and my son's cell.
