  2. If you have a sunroof, there was problem with some of the sunroof drains, in the vehicles made before March I believe, that maybe what caused the stains to the headliner/floor, you had spillover from the drains. I think one person on this forum had their's fixed for that. I picked mine up March 31 and knock on wood, have not had a single problem to speak of. It did ship without the the Homelink sunvisor, but the dealership took care of that as quickly as they could, it had to be ordered. All other options were installed correctly. Alyssia
  3. Has anyone come across a rubber rear bumper guard? The kind that would protect the top of the bumper from getting scratched up by the dogs getting in and out :-) I know the top has grooves, so that may prohibit an aftermarket accessory, but thought I would check. Thanks!
  4. Yep, the window sticker says "This vehicle built especially for (your first & last name)". My salesperson made a big production of pointing that out. I always keep them, because it's good to have down the road when you sell the car and want to easily list all the options.
  5. 2009 Dodge Journey Aces Crash Tests WASHINGTON, D.C. — The 2009 Dodge Journey earned five-star ratings in a frontal crash and five-star driver and rear passenger ratings for side-impact protection, according to safercar.gov. The federal government pegs the chance of a rollover in the Dodge Journey at 18 percent. The federal government's crash results for 2009 SUVs are slowly trickling out. 6. Hi, I have the SXT and you do have some control. The instructions are in Section 1, Things to Know Before Starting Your Vehicle. Under Remote Keyless Entry page 20-24, look for the instructions that say for vehicles not equipped with EVIC. You have unlock options, illuminate approach, flash lights and sound horn. Hope this helps.
  7. My Journey came in that I ordered and I picked it up last night :D It is the SXT FWD with Premium Convenience Group, Convenience Group I, Exterior Appearance Package and Sunroof. I got it in the Bright Silver. It is raining today, so no pictures yet, but so far it has been great and I felt very secure in it. It handles really well. I did already take out the rear headrests as they were blocking my rearward view somewhat. It is going to become my "dog" car and my other car will be retired to my daily driver since it gets alot better gas mileage. I will take before and after pictures of the set up with the dog crates, to give people other ideas for it's use.
  8. I found this picture online. Saw it in person as well, when I did the test drive, it was pretty big.
  9. I have one on order as well, it's been about 3 weeks and I got a call today from my salesperson saying it will ship soon and they should have it 2-3 weeks tops. Your salesperson should be staying on top of it for you and letting you know the status. I ordered a Silver SXT 5-seater with Convenience Group I, Premium Convenience Group, Exterior Appearance Package & Sunroof.
