My 2019 Journey has the same problem. The camera is black. We checked the fuses and the wiring to no avail. The car is no longer under warranty and we did get a recall notice but when I brought it to the dealer they said it wasn't for that particular problem. Sounds like a scam to me. If these cars have this problem going across all different years maybe the dealer should do something about it. What about it Dodge? Why don't you fix these issues?
