bare with me not a key board warrier. vehicle brought to me from out of state, pedal drift to floor 1st
1 removed the new junk master cylinder that fell apart upon removal
2 brake booster has adjustable push rod put mastercylinder on the booster make shore it sits flush mine was out 7/16 in
3 found one front wheel caliper piston frozen
4 found one rear caliper with frozen pins
5 manual bleed brake system and used snap on scanner to computer bleed,
so know were mechanically solid and still drift to floor, used computer to close off each individual abs solenoid until closing rightr front gave me a solid pedal
Replaced abs pump assy , bolted on old abs module so hope to not have to reprogram,
manual bleed at pump than at wheels at that point brake was ok , used automated computer bleed method all was still good
car back home 300 miles away
she is out a 800 with me dealer quoted 3600 , two shops both installed master cylinders, after one sho slapped brakes
