JC in the Uk

Google is the first go to but unfortunately not 100% in answer as there are differeing diagrams and haven't seem to fine one that matches 100%. I have managed to establish left and right wires and power etc. Just have about 8 wires that I'm unsure of.

Looking for wire diagram for 2008 model. Also any help with d pillar speaker wires(what colour wire), amp, and what is this connector for in my glove box also have a smaller 10 pin connector both look for radio use but I'm a novice to most if it just trying to learn ?
