  1. Thanks for the help again. So question i figured mine was defective. So i returned the one i recieved originally. Rebought it recieve it. Same error volume going up on its own to max volume. I plugged it into the first 8 pin port by the power input. So i saw there was another 8pin port on the unit. So i plugged the canbus 8 pin in the back of the headunit there. Now i cant use my volume up and down with swc or the knob on the steering wheel but it doesnt auto go up volume to max. Any ideas. Is this the right port. Also how do u know if the canbus is reading as i connected my car stereo to my mobile hotspot and no update came for the canbus but ac controls work on the ac control unit below the stereo. Edit: The canbus doesnt seem to see the unit on that other port but moving it back it then it registers swc and inputs for climate conttols but the volume goes up to max again and I can't update the canbus I'm connected to a hotspot and try to detect update and nothing happens. again 2013 Dodge journey SXT. It had an rb5 nav from Dodge auto climate controls
  2. I was able to set mph/mi/psi now with raise --> Dodge ---> journey 2014 but and setting them in the head unit settings fixed the issue. the first thing I tried was updating software by connecting to my phones hotspot. But doing a simple fix I tried fixed it. But I still have 1 last issue volume stays at max 30 and auto jumps to 30 no matter how I put it down or not. Any ideas
  3. I got mine working it was a bad fuse. But under the factory settings I choose oudie but it didn't have Dodge under that preset. I choose Raise---> dodge---> Dodge journey 2009-2011 under high version. As mines a 2013 any ideas on what you selected to get mph and psi to work. Also the layout is different if you can suggest how to get this fixed. My volume controls are constantly reverting back up no matter what I change it to. It will just automatically jump right back up. And this annoying temp is up as well.
  4. So I checked all my connections are right here's a picture. I still get no power. I have a 2013 Dodge journey SXT bought the exact radio listed in the post. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have hooked up canbus and AC controls.
