So I have a 2011 awd journey and it started making a grinding noise accompanied with what sounds like a flat tire. I checked it out and tore the rear end apart and the noise was coming from my inner cv joint. So got a new 1 replaced it and it still makes the sound. This is without the tires and just me turning it by hand. I'm thinking rear differetial? It sounds like the teeth are not catching on my cv axle. I did put it all back together and It doesn't vibrate its just making that really horrific noise any help would be appreciated thanks!
