  1. Hi All Model CTP17 and Software version 7.09 Just bought a good used 2016 crossroad. But bringing it home noticed it only shows highways and no roads on the map. Gives a no map data and needs a detailed map error so contacted garmin and they asked if I see under Info option any maps listed and to make sure it is checked ✔ but there is none listed. Garmin said my whole unit needs to be replaced in this case. Is this true? Can I not fix this without replacing the whole unit? Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks
