I'll be asking for pictures later but to make it short, A guy from the dad's group I'm a part of had his 2010 sxt 3.5 snap the timing belt.
A replacement 3.5 was unreal price wise 1700$ uninstalled with over 150k kilomètres on it.
After a bit of research to be sure I was not wrong, it was determined the 3.5 and 4.0L shares the same block and bellhousing bolt pattern.
He then bought a 4.0L from a 2010 caravan with 96 k kilomètres for 900$ uninstalled.
Everything installed with parts scavenging the 3.5 he is at 1500$ into the project and he gained over 30 go and 20 something pound of torque iirc.
To my knowledge it is the first 4.0L swaped journey
