Had this happened to anyone before ? My perfectly working remote starter went dead out of nowhere about a month ago. Car battery is a 4 months old optima red top, both remotes have brand new energizer batteries. No check engine light and half a tank full. I press the remote start button and it just does absolutely nothing. Kinda like the remote start disappeared from the programming !

Anyone knows which pins I need to install wire in at the oem connector ? I swapped to a 8.4 which has reverse camera and NAV capability. I previously had an Android unit so I have an aftermarket reverse camera. Just need to know where to hook up the wiring at the factory 8.4 plug.

Yeah to explain it shortly he used the 4.0L as a short block and all 3.5 accessories where bolted to it along with a cold air intake and a cat converter delete

I'll be asking for pictures later but to make it short, A guy from the dad's group I'm a part of had his 2010 sxt 3.5 snap the timing belt. A replacement 3.5 was unreal price wise 1700$ uninstalled with over 150k kilomètres on it. After a bit of research to be sure I was not wrong, it was determined the 3.5 and 4.0L shares the same block and bellhousing bolt pattern. He then bought a 4.0L from a 2010 caravan with 96 k kilomètres for 900$ uninstalled. Everything installed with parts scavenging the 3.5 he is at 1500$ into the project and he gained over 30 go and 20 something pound of torque iirc. To my knowledge it is the first 4.0L swaped journey
