I have a 2010 SXT and mine makes that aweful noise on cold mornings as well. I took it in and had to record the sound. They replaced the starter........still does it. If anyone has ideas or has had this fixed once and for all please share so I can go back and get this fixed! it drives me nuts and its a new freakin' vehicle!

It is very sad to see but you make your bed, you lay in it! These are adults and they made the choice without a gun being held to their head. I just HOPE that the stupid unions don't get involved! One of the biggest issues I have with unions is they end up backing bums like this and making it out to be a much smaller issue then it really is. Stick to your guns Chrysler and keep these fools off the assembly line!

I have a 3500lb Jayco camping trailer. Do you think the journey will be fine to tow it with the tow package?
