Same issue here - applying this YT fix addressed the issue

I had the problem with wet driverside floor and rear floor storage box filling up with water. Root cause was as outlined in this YT video:

Same issue here. Radio/CD appears to be draining the battery overnight. If you leave the window open, you can clearly hear the CD motor try to load/eject a CD repeatedly. Pulling a fuse appears to fix the problem for a couple of days, but then it returns.
