  1. Update: So after $329.08 for the Transmission Shift Solenoid and another $150.00, She's back up and running. Im going to be getting her new tires and Rotors and Pads next. she's running good now. It's Fall here in NY, so it's about that time to get her a Fall Tune-Up, fluids, etc.
  2. Dorman makes a aftermarket part (Item #698-100) I'm going to have it installed rather than wasting my time on another Chrysler Trans Soleniod.
  3. So my 2009 Dodge Journey SE 2WD has 51,239 Miles, and because it's a Dodge, the Check Engine light is already on. Dealership told me yesterday that I need a $450 Transmission Solenoid that I found online by Dorman for $135ish new as compared to what Chrysler wants. So then they say the rear brakes are shot, metal-metal and that my rear tires are going to need replacement soon. Overall, this truck sucks. The brand Dodge/Chrysler sucks. Value is now $8,500 and with all these problems, this truck will just sit and rot until I get it back up and running.
  4. I wonder are there any good universal aftermarket Remote Starters out there for 09 SE's. I really want one. Does anyone know where some good auto shops in NY where I could find one?
  5. I need a set of those asap. Where exactly in MI did you go to get those?
  6. Wow, I just bought my Journey back in April 10, and it's doing the same thing. I'm going to do some research and see what I can do to get rid of it and protect it.
